TEAM BUILDING

Communication is the key to rowing, as physical communication is conveyed to each crew member, by the movements of the boat and by verbal communication feedback.

Rowing is a wonderful activity that can involve all types of people with different skills, attitudes, goals and ideas.

Unlike other sports, each teammate must contribute to the balance, direction and speed of the boat.

Success can only be achieved through patience and teamwork. This is what makes rowing a unique team building experience and the ideal sport.

THE METHOD

COMMON PURPOSE: TO MAKE 10 SYNCHRONIZED PALATES

By combining roles from different work areas in a pyramid structure, managers and collaborators find themselves on the same level to develop the optimal strategy to achieve the objective. We start with a test on land using the rowing ergometer. Next, participants board in groups, assigning each rower a specific role.

After the rowing experience, the teams will review their performances, evaluating whether they have achieved their objectives, analyzing successes and any obstacles. Opinions may differ, but the comparison will contribute to the growth of the group, allowing you to identify individual limits and emerge as leaders in some situations. Objective: JOIN FORCES TO SAIL IN THE SAME DIRECTION!

At the end of the discussion, each participant will have understood their role in the group, aware of their limits and strengths. Furthermore, team strategies for achieving objectives will be outlined, underlining the importance of continuous feedback in individual and collective improvement.
