Rowing Championship

The program of the Academy will be scheduled for 4 – 5 days and is focused on a small group of 4 – 5 people. So we can ensure the best training experience and the highest benefit for each rower. Rowing sessions are going to be 2-3 times per day, depending on the needs of the different groups. We will have a detailed daily video review and daily discussions of the technique for each participant. All trips and camps will be planned and specially prepared for you. Each session will focus on different aspects of the stroke. And you will get a new drill or even two everyday, to help you to improve your technique. Furthermore, you’ll have access to different Olympic workout programs and during our camp we will be hosted by rowing clubs all across Tuscany.

On top of it, we offer a complimentary remote workout/coaching after your experience in Tuscany. During the pandemic and different lockdowns, I’ve had the chance to coach several American athletes remotely. I prepared workout programs according to their need and goals, like the participation at National and World championships. This remote coaching worked so well, that I want to offer it as a special treat for you after participating here in the Academy.
