Our refund policy is 20 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period due to the volatile nature of an experience as opposed to a material good. To be eligible for a refund, your trip must have been completely cancelled by us, or partially cancelled in which case your refund will not include services, lodging, food or other expenses already consumed by you.
Once your request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the amount will be required.
